Returns Policy

At Dundon's Jerky Co., we strive to provide you with high-quality dried food products and exceptional customer service. We understand that on the rare occasion issues may arise with your order. Please review our returns policy below:

Damaged Items Due to Postage: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged during transit, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receiving it. Contact us at sales@dundonsjerkyco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and attached photos. We will assess the damage and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly. Please do not discard the damaged items or packaging until we have been able to assist you.

Exchanges and Refunds: Due to the nature of our products being perishable dried foods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage incurred during postage. We prioritize the quality and safety of our products, and for this reason, we cannot resell items that have been returned.

Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@dundonsjerkyco.com with your order number.
